Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the right of way widening of RN 12-3 and L26 in Grindstone Park and along Highway 8 north of Gimli, Manitoba. The Work includes a program of widening the existing distribution line right-of-way (ROW) Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser's Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements. The Work includes the following ITEMs: ITEM 1: ROW on the Grindstone Feeder RN12-3 Line (a) Mobilization and demobilization (b) Felling of trees and brush (c) Felling of danger trees (d) Mulching and brushing (e) Processing of cut wood (f) Transportation of processed wood to stockpile area ITEM 2: ROW on the Sub Transmission Line 26 (a) Mobilization and demobilization (b) Felling of trees and brush (c) Felling of danger trees (d) Mulching and brushing (e) Processing of cut wood Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
