Site work for an educational facility in Gimli, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Examine site, existing adjacent buildings and local conditions affecting work under this contract. Examine Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical and all other Contract drawings to ensure work can be performed without changes to the building as shown on drawings. No allowance will be made later for necessary changes, unless notification of interferences have been brought to the Consultant's attention, in writing. prior to closing of tenders. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a security deposit consisting of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, together with a Consent of Surety to Bond. The accepted Bidder shall provide a Performance Assurance Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount, and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount.
