Reference Number 0000264317 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/27 12:00:00 PM CST The work to be done under this Contract shall consist of the crushing and stockpiling Class C traffic gravel at the gravel pit located in SW25-20-3. The material and stockpiling are required to meet Manitoba Transportation & Infrastructure (MTI) specification No 910. The gravel crushing is to be completed by October 31, 2024 weather permitting. The Owner may request that the successful bidder shall provide and maintain with the Owner, a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in a form satisfactory to the Owner. The Contractor is required to obtain Comprehensive General Public Liability coverage with limits not less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence or incident. The policy must name the Rural Municipality of Gimli as an additional insured in respect of all matters associated with the contract and will protect the Municipality in respect of any and all claims arising directly or indirectly as a result of the contract. Coverage must include bodily injury, death and property damage, including loss of use thereof and shall not have a deductible that exceeds $500.00.
