Reference Number 0000266014 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/20 04:00:00 PM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/03/22 12:00:00 AM CDT The work to be done under this Contract shall consist of dewatering of the cell where the biosolids material is currently stockpiled, the loading of biosolids material from its present location in the decommissioned lagoon cell of the former Gimli Wastewater Treatment Lagoon, transportation of this material followed by spreading and incorporation into the designated receiving lands near the Gimli Industrial Park Airport all within the Rural Municipality of Gimli, Manitoba and in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Drawings. .1 Performance Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price. .2 Labour and Material Payment Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price. It is the Owner intent to have all the Works of this Contract completed within 15 working days, and in any case, be substantially completed on or before June 1, 2024. The contractor shall commence the Work on May 1, 2024, or as soon as site conditions allow the hauling and placement of biosolids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
