LANGSTON WATER SYSTEM CHLORINE BOOSTER STATION PROJECT Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders. Requirements for Bidders, Plans, Specifications, and Bidder's Proposal. which are on file and available for examination at the Office of the TOWN Clerk. Town Hall. 222 N. Tolson Street, Langston Oklahoma 73050. and are made a part of this notice as fully set forth herein. All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays. Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The LANGSTON Public Works Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids will be opened at 2:00 pjn. on the 29th day of March. 2022, in the Town Council Chambers. Town Hall. 222 N. Tolson, Langston. Oklahoma. All prospective bidders who fail to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will not be allowed to submit a bid and will have their bids returned unopened. NON-DISCRIMINAriON IN EMPLOYMENT Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
