CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/27/2022 4:00 PM A certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the Hazleton City Authority - Water Department in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid must be submitted with each proposal as bid security and received at the Authority's Office with all other required bid documents prior to the Bid Opening. Bidders shall comply with all procedures and requirements of the Contract Documents. The HCA encourage DBEs, including MBEs and WBEs, to submit a bid proposal.
