Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a prime contractor and/or subcontractor with ECMS to perform work Coded: C, C1, F, F1, F2, and K. The construction work will include, but not be limited to: demolition and removal of existing paving, sidewalks, curbing and foundations; providing and installing bituminous paving; block and concrete retaining walls, concrete sidewalks, driveway aprons and curbing; signs; guiderails; lighting; and paint striping; landscaping and other related work. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. The Borough of Spring City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding, when, in the opinion of the Borough, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
