The City of Dover, New Hampshire is seeking qualified vendors to provide various types of sand and gravel on an as-needed and as-requested basis. Vendor must be registered to do business in the State of NH. The City is seeking a one (1) year agreement with the option to extend two (2) additional one-year terms contingent upon funding availability and satisfactory vendor performance. Submitted Rates will hold for one year beginning May 1, 2022 and will be negotiated for the optional two (2) one-year extensions. Rate increases IF ANY for year two and three will not exceed the Consumer Price Index (Boston). Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (l.simmons@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided to all Proposers of record.
