Project has been cancelled The Santa Clara Valley Water District "Valley Water", is inviting bids from qualified suppliers/manufacturers to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test, store and deliver the following item: A. One (1) 72-inch valve assembly consisting of a 72-inch triple eccentric metal seated butterfly valve and manual actuator completely assembled. B. Upon award, the supplier will be solely responsible for furnishing all submittals in sufficient time for the engineer to review, including re-submittals, without delaying delivery of the equipment ordered under the awarded Purchase Order. C. Time will be of the essence in providing the valves and actuators as specified herein. The valves and actuators to be supplied must be delivered to the District by September 30, 2022. D. The manufacture and fabrication of the butterfly valves and actuators as specified herein will be deemed completed upon favorable inspection by the District Engineer and/or acceptance by the District of the Quality Control/Assurance test records by the third party independent testing inspector. E. The valves and actuators shall be delivered by the Supplier to the District located at the Coyote Pumping Station, 18300 Peet Rd, Morgan Hill, CA 95037.
