Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Charles, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Base bid 1 Water Upgrades: Demo vault valve cluster and repair, upgrade sites 1-20 relocating 4 hydrants on east side providing dual access, add an additional three hydrants with dual heads. Alt1 upgrade sites 21-47 relocate 10 hydrants providing dual access add 4 additional dual access hydrants. Base Bid 2 Electrical upgrades: Upgrade electrical service to East Beach N loop sites 16-20 to 50 AMP, to include all utility work, switch gear, pedestals asphalt and site repair. Alt 2 Upgrades electrical to sites 1-15 to 50 Amp Include all Demo, Electrical and Water permitting. site, landscape, and asphalt repair Revise voltage of electrical service to 120/240 volts, 1-phase to allow the electric utility company, Rocky Mountain Power, to install pad mounted transformers with shorter lead times. Delete dry type transformers TA and TB.
