Bidders must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference at the Visitor Center in Bear Lake State Park, St. Charles, Idaho. Estimated cost for the project is $625,000.
