Cost Range: $10,000,0000 - $11,800,000 The work generally includes construction of water treatment plant expansion consisting of two deep bed dual media filters, pipe gallery, electrical gear upgrades, underground concrete disinfection contact basin, and associated site piping modifications. These improvements will include excavation, subgrade preparation, and construction of a facility expansion as well as the installation of various site piping, butterfly valves, and associated fittings, electrical gear, filter control panel and associated valves and instrumentation, and associated site electrical work, underground concrete disinfection contact basin, and site restoration and seeding. Bidders must comply with Davis Bacon and Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requirements. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount, payable to the City of McCall.
