A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Valley County Parks and Recreation Department, on behalf of Valley County is seeking qualifications from licensed public contractors for the construction of a non-motorized pathway adjacent to Samson Trail Road from Elo Road to Pearson Lane. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is step one in a two-step process designed to determine supplemental qualifications for licensed public works contractors. Competitive bidding procedures for this project shall follow those required by Idaho Code 67-2805(2)(b). Competitive bid prices will only be accepted from those licensed contractors that first meet the prequalification standards as outlined herein. This RFQ invites qualified public works contractors and project management companies (Contractor) to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Project. Following the conclusion of the prequalification stage, Valley County will proceed to step two by setting the time, date, and place for the public opening of bids from prequalified contractors selected. The Contractor responding to this request will deliver their Statement of Qualifications to the Clerk of Valley County when completed.
