**As of June 23, 2025, project was awarded, start date is 15th of July this year and will be completed by the end of fall 2026.** Project Category Code: Water Storage Tank Description: This is a Davis Bacon Federally funded project. The work of this contract generally includes construction of water storage tank and associated 24-inch transmission pipeline. These improvements will include excavation, subgrade preparation, and construction of a 2MG D110 prestressed concrete water storage tank as well as the installation of 24-inch HDPE transmission pipeline, butterfly valves, hydrants, and associated fittings, electrical service, control panel, and associated site electrical work, concrete valve vault, and site restoration and seeding. It is expected that the project will be substantially complete on or before October 31, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount, payable to the City of McCall. Proof of Bid Security must be submitted with the official bid documents. Said Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the instructions to Bidders. Contractors shall comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. The City of McCall reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Neither the Engineer or Owner shall be held responsible for any oral instruction.
