As of March 20, 2026, project was awarded to K2 Excavation & Construction, awarded amount is $916,670.43 The work of this project is funded by a Federal Transit Administration grant with requirements for Davis-Bacon wages and potential Contractors are encouraged to review related materials provided within the Project Manual. In general, the work includes the installation of stormwater improvements, removal of the existing asphalt and gravel parking lot and underlying section, grading and installation of a new road section and asphalt, installation of concrete curbing and sidewalk, pedestrian pathways, landscaping, irrigation, electrical conduit, and lighting improvements. It is expected that the project will be substantially complete on or before September 30, 2026.
