Site work and paving for a civil project in McCall, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
The work generally includes roadway improvements on Deinhard Lane and Warren Wagon Road. The improvements comprise variable depth milling to raise the roadway profile for an overlay on Deinhard Lane, a mill and overlay on Warren Wagon Road, and culvert and manhole replacements. The project includes the base bid (Deinhard from West Valley to Mission), bid alternate 1 (Deinhard from Mission to Thula), and bid alternate 2 Warren Wagon Road (E Lake to City Limits). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount, payable to the City of McCall. Proof of bid security must be submitted with the official bid documents. The bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the instructions to bidders. The City of McCall reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Neither the Engineer, Project Manager, nor Owner shall be held responsible for any oral instruction. All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted in writing to the City's engineering consultant. Any changes to the plans and specifications will be made in the form of a written addendum and distributed to all plan holders. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. MST. Those wanting to attend in person can meet at the McCall Public Library Community Hall at 218 E. Park St, McCall, ID 83638. All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted in writing to the City's engineering consultant, no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2026. Any changes to the Plan and Specifications will be in the form of a written addendum which will be made available to all plan holders by Close of Business on Monday, January 19, 2026.
