The Project consists of: Installing two precast concrete vaults, two flow meters, and valves at the inlet of the District's wastewater lagoons. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified cashier's check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to FHARSD in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. All communications relative to this work shall be directed to the ENGINEER (Matthew Hill, Keller Associates, 208- 238-2146) prior to the opening of the Bid Proposals. Each Bidder must have an appropriate Public Works Contrac-tors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accor-dance with Idaho law. FHARSD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the District.
