**As of April 26 2022, Valley Insulating Co of Mishawaka IN won the bid. Start date is approximately June 1, 2022. Materials and labor to reinsulate the Foul Air Ductwork in its current position overhead of the exterior of two (2) sludge storage tanks. Materials and Labor to be furnished as follows: MaterialsInsulation: o AP Armaflex o Fiber-free elastomeric foam o 1/2 " Thickness o Closed cell structure o -297 to +220F temperature range o 0.05 water vapor transmission value o 0.25 thermal conductivity value o Or equivalent PVC Jacketing: o Proto Regular PVC Jacketing and Fitting Covers o Resistance to fungi and bacteria (ASTM G 21, ASTM G 22) o UV. resistant o 0.040" thickness o Caulk/ adhesives: Celulon(R)(Red DevilInc.) water base "Ultra Clear" with a servicetemperature of -25to +175F o Slip type expansion joint of 8" minimum width at least every 25 lineal feet o All long and round joints shall be completely weather sealed with caulk adhesive o White in color o Or equivalent Quotations due by 3:00 P.M.
