The City of Franklin plans to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with one qualified contractor/designer to provide exhibition design, fabrication, and installation of a permanent historical/educational exhibit in the Franklin City Visitor Center. This exhibit is intended to educate visitors and community members on the history of Franklin, as well as promote current tourism attractions in the City.
