Site work for a mixed-use development in Franklin, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK o Disassemble/reassemble 10' chain link fence for new pipe install. o Saw Cut 160' x 8' of existing concrete for new drainpipe install. o Demo saw cut concrete and remove from site. o Dig up existing ADS pipe and remove from site (approximately 160') o Install 160' of 24" ADS pipe and required fittings to adapt to drop inlets. o Back fill after pipe install and fill dirt and cover with #57 stone. Note: #57 stone will replace concrete where concrete was demoed, so there will be no concrete work.
