Franklin City Public Schools High School Gym HVAC Work shall include obtaining all permits from the Franklin City Planning Department. The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract with one qualified firm to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the demolition, removal, purchase, and installation of new controls and water-sourced heat pumps for S. P. Morton Elementary School located at 300 Morton Street Franklin, VA 23851.
