Gatehouse Crane Replacement - Fabrication and installation of a new overhead bridge crane in its facility Work includes installation of a new (1) - 10 ton x 20 -0 span Detroit Class D rated under-running single girder crane x (1) 170-0 long runway appurtenances in compliance with State and Federal regulations Potential bidders are required to provide equipment, material, and labor for the modifications as described in this IFB. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Bid Deposit equal to 5% of the total contract value, consisting of a bid bond or certified check, in the amount of five percent of the total amount of bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each equal to 100% of the total contract value.
