Renovation of a municipal facility in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of approximately 4000 sq. of existing ballasted EPDM roof over flat steel deck. Contact Virginia Kehoe at manager@clarkssummitpa.gov or 570-585-4800 for more specifics. he bids will be opened and discussed and considered for award at the regularly scheduled Borough of Clarks Summit Council Meeting on April 6, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clarks Summit Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Clarks Summit Borough. All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex.
