Newton Township Paving Project 2022-2. Base Bid - approximately 2,736 S.Y. of 1.5" Depth Milling, 3,700 Ton of 19mm Leveling and 27,360 S.Y. of 1.5" Depth 9.5mm Top. Add Alternates (1 through 3) totaling - approximately 2,060 S.Y. of 1.5" Depth Milling, 2,290 Ton of 19mm Leveling and 20,600 S.Y. of 1.5" Depth 9.5mm Top. The bids will be discussed for award at the Newton Township Regular Meeting at 6:30 P.M. on April 11, 2022. The bid must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Newton Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Newton Township.
