Duration: 2 years and three 1-year renewal options The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) requires a contractor to provide all labor, transportation, equipment and tools to provide electrical services at the Clark Summit State Hospital located at 1451 Hillside Drive, Clark Summit, PA 18411. The contractor shall be available to provide service seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Contractors must enter firm prices for all contracted years and provide appropriate responses to all Mandatory Attributes contained in the solicitation. Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder. Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on needs.
