Clarks Summit Borough Paving Project-2022 Base Bid; 9,000 SY Mill & Overlay of various streets within the Borough including base repair and leveling course and 10 Inlet/ manhole grade adjustments. The bids will be considered for award at the regularly scheduled Borough of Clarks Summit Council Meeting on June 1, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clarks Summit Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
