Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Base Bid - approximately 9,500 S.Y. of Full Depth Pavement Reclamation with Emulsified Asphalt (6" Depth). Add Alternate - approximately 2,270 S.Y. of Full Depth Pavement Reclamation with Emulsified Asphalt (6" Depth). The bid must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Newton Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Newton Township All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex LOCATION OF WORK: Newton Township Roads: Valley View Dr., Pedley Dr., Hemlock Dr., Richard Dr., Sally Dr.,Cherry Hill Rd. and Orchard Dr. See attached key map for limits of work.
