Site work for a water / sewer project in Brian Head, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of three separate construction schedules. Bidders may bid on any or all Bid Schedules. The Owner will consider each Bid Schedule separately and may award contracts individually or in any combination. Bid Schedule A consists of construction of approximately 2,100 linear feet of 8" ductile iron waterline with associated appurtenances and service connections, and approximately 1,700 lineal feet of 8" PVC sewer pipe with associated manholes and service connections. Bid Schedule B consists of construction of approximately 2,300 lineal feet of 8" ductile iron waterline with associated appurtenances. Bid Schedule C consists of construction of approximately 1,050 lineal feet of 8" ductile iron waterline with associated appurtenances. Brian Head Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. All Bidders who submit a bid are required to purchase a set of the Contract Documents from Alpha Engineering.
