Scope of Services Brian Head Town is looking for a cleaning contractor that can provide professional cleaning services. The following is a list of requirements and information pertaining to the job: o The successful applicant will be required to pass a criminal background check prior to approval of the contract. o Brian Head Town will provide all cleaning supplies. A list must be submitted to the Town Guest Service Representative regarding supplies needed. o Cleaning must be completed after office hours and may not interrupt the Town employees work schedule. o All computers and phones are off-limits for any personal use. o Submit a list of annual spring cleaning and what it entails for approval. o The successful applicant will be assigned keys and is responsible for such keys. Any loss of keys must immediately notify the Town Manager. o Successful applicants may not review any type of files or information on any employee's workspace. o Successful applicants will be responsible for submitting invoices to the Town within a reasonable time frame for payment. o Payment will be made on a monthly basis. o Successful applicants must be licensed, insured, and bonded and provide such proof to the Town Clerk. o Successful applicants must be willing to sign a letter of indemnification. o The weekly cleaning includes, but is not limited to the following Brian Head Town is an alpine resort community located in the mountains of Southern Utah about 30 miles east of Cedar City and just a few minutes north of Cedar Breaks National Monument. At an elevation of 10,000 feet, the scenic value and recreational opportunities in Brian Head Town are unmatched. The vast majority of the nearly 1,400 residences are vacation homes and condos. Brian Head Town (the Town) is seeking proposals from qualified Cleaning Services to provide cleaning services for three Town buildings; Town Hall (56 N. Hwy. 143); Public Safety Building (535 S. Vasels Road) and the Maintenance Shop (475 South Highway 143). The successful contractor will be awarded a contract for three years.
