Renovation of a communication facility in Brian Head, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
Work includes removal and proper disposal of two existing HVAC units along with associated ducting, controls, and related components, and the furnishing and installation of two new York 15-ton air-cooled, self-contained packaged air conditioning units (DSV180C2S5VDA3A00) or FAA-approved equal. The project also includes installation of all associated components required for full functionality of the new systems in accordance with the Statement of Work, under a firm fixed price contract, with an estimated performance period of approximately 60 calendar days. The estimated cost magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All Questions/Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to Marc.Lemay@faa.gov and Suzanne.T-CTR.Huggins@faa.gov no later than August 4, 2026; 12:00pm MT to allow sufficient time to respond. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Projected Period of Performance for this project is approximately 60 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
