Engineer's Estimate: Elk Drive SAA: $500,000 - $700,000 BH Unit 3 SAA: $750,000 - $1,000,000 The project is divided into two phases: the Elk Drive SAA Waterline and the BH Unit 3 SAA Waterline. The Elk Drive SAA comprises the construction of approximately 1,750 lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe with associated appurtenances. The BH Unit 3 SAA comprises approximately 2,600 lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe with associated appurtenances. Brian Head Town reserves the right to not award the project to the low bidder.
