The City of Crisfield seeks Statements of Qualifications for Engineering Design services to perform an Engineering Study and Stormwater Study from the intersection of 4th st and Cove Street including Norris Harbor Drive to Jersey Island Road. This project Is intended to create an idea for the City of Crisfield to help determine the approach that is needed to improve transportation and stormwater management in phases, which will create an opportunity for safer and more accessible streets for all users. The Consultant will perform an Engineering Study in order to determine the appropriate and safe design of the required area of roadway. The Consultant shall also provide a Stormwater Study that will help provide information to the City as to how the standing water can properly drain off the roadway. Drainage improvements and roadway improvement elements will need to be designed as a part of the effort to improve this section of Crisfield. The City of Crisfield reserves the right to reject any and all submitted statements of qualifications that deem to be in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
