*As of April 19, 2022, an apparent low bidder has been identified, however, a general contractor has not been awarded. The project contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor and material necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the construction of the Treatment Unit Gate Replacement Project as shown in the project technical specifications and plans and in accordance with the contract documents within 180 calendar days of the project commencement date specified in the notice to proceed for the project.
