The bid shall have an Anticipated Scope of Services that includes the following: The Contractor will provide project costs for crews and equipment, anticipated mobilization time, and anticipated project completion time. The Contractor is responsible to provide all materials and equipment necessary for fabrication, construction, and/or installation of this project. All waste shall be disposed of by the Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for damages, inside or outside the project area. The Contractor is responsible for their own confined space, roadway, and trenching safety procedures. If the project requires street closure - partial or otherwise, the Contractor shall provide all necessary traffic control. All traffic control personnel must at a minimum carry a current CDOT Flagger Certification. The kick-off meeting is to be scheduled at time of accepting the contract. Contractor shall participate in a kick-off meeting with the City and at that time provide the City a written, detailed schedule of the work being performed that includes Traffic Control Plans for each flush cycle. The City of Manitou Springs water distribution system shall at all times be operated within the capabilities of the system and in accordance with all state and federal guidelines. The following information shall be submitted with the Bid: a. The names and resumes of staff personnel who will be assigned to the work. b. A complete proposed scope of work and schedule, including any alternatives that can be identified. The Bidder is expected to review the work site prior to submittal of the Bid. c. The names and addresses of any subcontractors who will be retained for the work. d. A list of the Bidder's previous experience on similar projects.
