**As of January 30, ,2023, , project was awarded to Greatland Concrete & Landscaping, Inc, awarded amount is $631,718.04** The City of Manitou Springs (the City) is seeking Bids to build and improve the Creek Walk Trail, from Shryver Park to the Chamber of Commerce. The existing trail receives grade improvements, a new concrete walkway, creek amenities and a new pedestrian bridge. The City requires the project to be completed within 70 working days.
