The City of Manitou Springs is accepting information for a Historic Resource Survey of one of the high-priority areas outlined in the Historic Resource Survey Plan. The City is seeking qualified historic preservation practitioners to comprehensively survey and inventory buildings, natural features, and other structures within the subdistrict, and recommend determinations regarding contributing or noncontributing status. Target resources would include residential, commercial, and institutional uses. The final product should include a historical description and evaluation of each resource within the subdistrict and photographs depicting architectural or site significance as well as a summary of related information. Deadline to present questions deadline is Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
