The Vendor/Contractor will supply all materials, labor, and equipment in order to accomplish the mowing services, as described in the Contract Documents at the locations and within the limits specified. Scope consists of all areas as specified on the bid form, subject to additions, deletions or changes in mowing locations or intervals during the term of the Contract. Vegetation in all areas consists of various types of grasses and weeds. When complete, the mowing area must present a uniform and tidy appearance within the specifications of the Contract. Mowing Season: Estimated to begin on April 1st and end on November 30th (approximately 35 weeks or 244 days) of a calendar year. These dates are an estimate and may be adjusted by the County due to weather and/or other conditions. AREAS OF WORK: All roadways as depicted on Exhibits A to E within the Brooksville - Tampa Bay Regional Airport. Exhibit A: Airport Industrial Park - 18.4 Acres - 26 Mowing events per year (approximately every 9-10 days). Exhibit B: Aerial Way/Aviation Loop Drive. - 5.9 Acres - 26 Mowing events per year (approximately every 9-10 days). Exhibit C: Aerial Way - 6,400 Square Feet - 26 Mowing events per year (approximately every 9-10 days). Exhibit D: Corporate Boulevard. - 4.7 Acres - 18 Mowing events per year (approximately every 13-14 days). Exhibit E: Sgt. Lea Mills Boulevard - 6.4 Acres - 18 Mowing events per year (approximately every 13-14 days). Exhibit F: Dispense Lane and Radial Road - 4.5 Acres - 18 Mowing events per year (approximately every 13-14 days). 68.2.7. Exhibit G: Airport Administration, 15800 Flight Path Drive - 42 Mowing events per year (approximately every 5-6 days).
