Q & A deadline: Mar 31, 2022 4:00:00 PM EDT The City of Santa Clara Water and Sewer Utilities Department (City) owns and operates approximately 160 solar systems, of which 153 are utilized to heat pools and seven are utilized to heat domestic hot water. These solar systems are located at various residential buildings within the City and range in size and complexity. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, personal protective equipment, travel and incidentals necessary to winterize, activate, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair the systems. Contract duration: 5 years Contract renewal: 5 annual renewals Prices good for: 5 years
