The City of Santa Clara ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide and install automated valve operators on City owned trucks in support of the Department of Public Works. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES/SERVICE LEVELS: The quantities/service levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities/service levels that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1) See attached product specifications and/or related documents for details. 2) Please refer to the RFB Instructions document and any other attached documents. 3) Submit all response documents online through Periscope S2G, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the "Vendor Notes for Offer" function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents. 4) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Contractor) accepting the City's PO Terms and Conditions. Description: Enter the Total Base Bid amount from Line Item #4 of Attachment B - Bid Pricing Form. Attach all required bid submission documents.
