Renovation of a mixed-use development in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project generally consists of replacement of existing standard efficiency boiler plant with new high efficiency condensing boiler plant [5 - Vitodens 200-W B2HA112,399 Viessmann Boilers]. Supplying boilers is included in contractors' scope of work. Mechanical contractor to paint and jacket existing rooftop AHU's and ductwork. Controls to provide new motors and VFDs at existing AHU's. Electrical and DDC Controls work will be provided under separate contract by owner. All work is too be completed outside of school hours. Contractors working hours to include evenings, nights, weekends, and academic holidays Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
