Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,713-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 118,154-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Proposals are requested from interested subcontractors and material suppliers for the various items of work required for the construction of BRIDGE CITY ELEMENTARY ADDITION AND RENOVATION for the BRIDGE CITY ISD, Bridge City, Texas. Proposals submitted on the proper proposal form will be received by the Construction Manager listed above. Proposals will be received by the Construction Manager and owner's representative and reviewed in private. Proposers will be provided a Proposal Tabulation, if requested, after award of all contracts. In general, the project consists of Bridge city elementary addition and renovation which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, steel joists, metal deck, steel studs and drywall, masonry, aluminum, steel and plastic laminate covered doors, aluminum windows, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, paint, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, expansion joint covers, marker board, tack boards, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet accessories, plaque, identifying devices, and window blinds. Proposals will be based on a single lump-sum contract for individual work category or selected groups of categories as listed in Instructions to Proposers Guaranty Bonds in the form of a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond MAY be required from any subcontractor whose proposal is in excess of $100,000 at the option of the Construction Manager.
