Project Location: 151 E May St. Marengo IA 52301 A certified check, a cashiers check or a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% ofthe maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bond within ten days after the award of contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept Bidder's Base Bid, accept any one or more ofthe Bidders Alternate Bids, reject any or all Bids, award contract based on its investigation ofthe Bidders, as well as acceptance of Alternates all of which the Owner deems to be in its best interest and waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the Bids and waive minor irregularities in the bidding procedure, all at the Owner's discretion. 1.Start Construction for Phase 1: On April 1, 2022. 2. Completion: On or Before September 15, 2023
