75 Kw Induction Cogeneration System - Riverhead Jail Mer #7 A Faithfull Performance Bond Will Be Required for the Full Amount of the Contract Price, Guaranteeing to the Owner the Faithful Performance of the Terms, Convenants, and Conditions of the Contract. A labor and material bond will be required for the full amount of the contract The maintenance agreement will cover five years from the start-up date of the cogeneration system only (which shall be defined as the date that determines that the cogeneration system has been started and is functioning appropriately). The county shall have the option to renew the maintenance agreement for an additional five years at an escalation cost of 2.5% per year.
