Bids must be presented on the forms provided in the instruction and specifications. Additional bid forms will be sent upon request The terms and conditions of the contract or contracts awarded under this cooperative bid shall be extended to and made available for procurement by other Nassau County school districts which are or become members of the Nassau County Directors of School Facilities Purchasing Consortium, during the term of the awarded contract(s), in accordance with General Municipal Law Article 5-G and section 103, subdivision 16. Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the opening and shall thereafter remain firm unless the Bidder provides written notice to the School District's Purchasing Office that the Bid should be withdrawn. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise in accordance with Section 103 of the General Municipal Law. Any bid submitted will be binding for the duration of the contract.
