LOCATION: TH 3 from Second Street in Northfield to Hester Street in Dundas. TYPE OF WORK: Signal System Upgrades Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the City of Northfield City Clerk. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of City of Northfield, Minnesota. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the awarded bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
