INSPECTION The Contracting Officer or his authorized representative may at all reasonable times inspect or otherwise evaluate the work being performed hereunder and the premises on which it is being performed. If any inspection or evaluation is made on the premises of the vendor or his subcontractor, the vendor shall provide and shall require his subcontractors to provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the Government representatives in the performance of their duties. All inspections and evaluations shall be performed in such a manner as will not unduly delay the work. Incorporation of Representations and Certifications Certain representations and certifications must be made by the offeror and must be filled in as appropriate. The signature of the offeror on the face page of this SIR/RFO constitutes the making of certain representations and certifications. Award of any contract to the offeror shall be considered to have incorporated the applicable representations and certifications by reference. Any deviation of the period of performance timeline will require the prior approval of the CO (contract officer). SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Approved entrance from facility manager. FAA personnel will escort contractor, sub-contractor, delivery, and vendor personnel while on site; contractor will arrange with FAA POC for delivery schedule and daily work schedule. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will provide portable latrine and sanitation/wash station. Contractor will ensure regular servicing of portable latrine is performed. The contractor will provide waste removal container and removal from site in accordance it local sanitary rules and regulations. Local SSC/Stakeholder will contact EOSH representative to determine requirements and/or submittals that must be reviewed and approved prior to implementation. Demolition work will be performed at this site creating dust and debris in the ATC (Air Traffic Control) facility.
