Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Argos, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
TOWN OF ARGOS, INDIANA UTILITY DEPARTMENT STORAGE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION The Project may be awarded at the April 20, 2022 Town Council Meeting at 7:00 PM local time. The Town Coun cil holds their meetings at the Town Hall at 201 West Walnut Street, Argos, Indiana. The Project consists of the construction of an approximately 5400 square foot metal sided pole building, interior to be finished to specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and review plans and specifications prior to the submission of any bid. Questions relating to the project shall be submitted to Jamie Lindstrom, Utility Superintendent, 574-892-5717, or at 201 West Walnut St., Argos IN 46501. Questions submitted within two calendar days of bid opening will not be answered. The Town Council of the Town of Argos, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bidding, to accept a full or partial award of the Bid or Bids which, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of the Town of Argos Owner: Town of Argos
