Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Wills Point, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Wills Point ISD is accepting competitive proposals for complete replacement of sewer lines including some plumbing at Wills Point Middle School and Wills Point Jr. High School. Project Cost Specifications Should include: Mobilization and bonds Remove and haul off of all cast iron piping. Completely replace existing lines with new schedule 40 PVC piping. Control Staking, and Construction Administration and Oversite. Middle School approximate repiping equals 560 feet. Jr. High approximate repiping equals 985 feet. Sewer cleanouts should be included with a distance of no more than 60 foot intervals. Bid proposals should include tunneling expenses.
