Chesterfield Tree Removal Quote Solicitation The Town of Chesterfield Tree Warden is soliciting quotes to remove nine (9) trees at the following locations. (Trees has been marked with orange flagging tape.): o Damon Pond Road: Near 43 Damon Pond Rd.: Two (2) 20+" Maple Trees and one (1) 15" Maple Tree o Ireland Street: One (1) 18" Ash Tree, one (1) 22" Ash Tree both located near Pole #49 o Ireland Street: Two (2) 16" Ash Trees, one (1) 22" Ash Tree and one (1) dead Poplar Tree near 270 Ireland Street Quote: The quotes are requested as a total bid and also as individual tree quotes. Quotes to include removal of the tree, debris, and wood from the site. Stump must be cut within 12" of the ground, unless noted otherwise. State prevailing wage rates are applicable. If awarded the project, a Certificate of Insurance (General Liability and Workers Compensation) must be forwarded to the Town Administrator prior to beginning work. Deadline for Quotes: Please submit quotes by 2 pm on Monday, April 11, 2022. Work to be completed prior to May 12, 2022 The Town of Chesterfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes in total or in part as they may deem in the best interest of the public.
