Septic Design Services Housing Rehabilitation Program Town of Chesterfield Hilltown Community Development Corporation is soliciting proposals for Septic Design Services for a one-year period beginning approximately October 9, 2023 with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The individual(s) selected will be responsible for septic inspections, perc tests, designs, as-builts, local upgrade approval preparation and other similar tasks as needed for septic repair projects completed in conjunction with the Housing Rehabilitation Program Price and non-price proposals are evaluated separately and must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and clearly marked "Septic Services". Hilltown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in total or in part as they may deem in the best interest of the public. Hilltown shall have the right to waive any minor informality or allow the bidder to correct them. Program funding is through the Mass CDBG Program, the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities and other sources of funding. All proposals will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, genetic information, ancestry or military service. In accordance with Section 3, Hilltown encourages low- and moderate-income residents to apply The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
